About The Job
As the CHC People Director for Germany, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Consumer Healthcare business. Reporting to the CHC People Director EULA, you will support our commercial operations, business partnering functions, and manufacturing sites, impacting approximately 750 employees. Your strategic HR expertise will help us achieve our goal of becoming the best Fast-Moving Consumer Healthcare company in and for the world.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to set and implement a people strategy that aligns with our business objectives and long-term goals as well as P&C global agenda.
- Lead talent and succession planning reviews to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical future capabilities.
- Drive initiatives to foster a consumer-centric culture and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within Germany.
- Contribute to the deployment of the CHC People roadmap and initiatives within the zone.
- Ensure HR processes comply with local regulations and manage compliance cases in partnership with local compliance teams.
- Engage with employees to create a thriving work environment where people can grow and perform at their best.
- Provide strategic HR consulting to business leaders and support their development through coaching and mentoring.
About You
- Experience: Proven experience in human resources management, preferably with multinational corporations.
- Soft and technical skills: Strong leadership development, career consulting, and change management skills. Ability to partner with business leaders and make strategic decisions on people-related issues. Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Strong analytical and financial acumen to support HR initiatives and decision-making. Embrace our values of honesty, courage, accountability, and simplicity.
- Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in personnel management or human resources.
- Languages: Excellent communication and consulting skills in both German and English.
