What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Partner Success roles - from junior to senior
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding their goals, team dynamics, and what "great" looks like
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using smart, proactive sourcing strategies
- Craft job ads that speak to top talent - clear, bold, and authentic
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience - fast, personal, and professional
- Keep our ATS (Workable) and HR systems (BambooHR) sharp and tidy
- Track metrics, share insights, and continuously improve how we hire
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Success recruiting, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Proven success hiring for tough-to-fill commercial roles across the DACH region
- Full professional fluency in German and English - written and spoken
- A consultative, business-minded approach - you're more than "just" a recruiter
- High adaptability and bias for action - you move fast and stay focused
- A creative sourcing mindset and strong sense for cultural fit
