Your tasks:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent
- Conduct and coordinate interviews and internal reviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and align recruitment strategies with departmental goals
- Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process
- Work as part of an HR team, and show willingness to engage in a variety of non-recruitment HR tasks when necessary
You bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks when managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for learning about the diverse roles you will recruit for
- Resourcefulness and adaptability to troubleshoot recruitment challenges and find innovative solutions
- Meticulous attention to detail in candidate assessment, documentation, and process management
