We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and well-respected solar energy company that specializes in B2B commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects across Europe. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing energy companies in Europe, they are expanding their presence in Germany and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of C&I solar projects (<1MWp) in Germany, managing them from development to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of solar projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage construction schedules, subcontractors, and supplier relationships to optimize project execution.
- Ensure permitting, procurement, and engineering requirements are met.
- Track project costs and invoice milestones to maintain financial control.
- Conduct site visits, safety inspections, and quality audits to uphold standards.
- Provide pre-sales support, including site assessments and feasibility planning.
- Build strong local relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Your Background
- Technical education in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing B2B/C&I solar energy projects.
- Strong understanding of solar and electrical systems (construction experience is a plus).
- Skilled in project management software and comfortable with digital tools.
- Fluent in German and English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Germany.
- Certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are a bonus.
