The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including compensation, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and training, while handling routine HR operations in overseas locations.
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
- Coordinate payroll processing for overseas offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and processes across international offices and assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and international employment regulations, providing guidance on best HR practices for global operations.
- Develop, review, and update employee handbooks for overseas entities in alignment with local labour laws and company guidelines.
- Act as a business partner to overseas leadership teams, providing strategic HR support to drive workforce efficiency and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in telecom industry/ sizable companies
- Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Willingness to learn and self-motivation will be highly recognized
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
