Job Description：
- Ensure Chery vehicles in Europe are easy to use and intuitive
- Ensure Chery vehicles in Europe have all necessary and relevant features regarding HMI for a successful Europe market entry
- Define Unique Selling Points in the area of User interface to support the defined market position of Chery vehicles in Europe
- Run detailed benchmark of HMI of competing models/brands in Europe
- Support HMI team in E/E with a user-centric approach
- Monitor latest upcoming development trends and technological requirements in the field of HMI
- Close collaboration with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu & Shanghai (China) and the Europe market related subsidiaries (Marketing, Sales, Quality) from the technical and commercial perspective
Requirements:
- You have a Degree in Electronic Engineering or comparable
- You have significant (>3 years) experience in a similar position for HMI at a Tier 1 or OEM
- You are able to support functional teams to achieve an intuitive user experience
- You have a detailed understanding of Human perception
- You are willing to travel and have a valid European driving license
- You are willing to work in an international and intercultural environment
- You have a pro-active and self-motivated attitude
- You are a good communicator with an open and structured mindset
- You have good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.)
- You are fluent in EnglishMandarin skills advantageous
