IT specialist / computer scientist / IT specialist (m/f/d) in home office (part-time)
Your Tasks
- Understandable explanation of our software products for customers
- Implementation of software briefings and training (mainly remote)
- Conducting customer meetings to clarify questions and requirements
- Detailed recording of specific requirements for special programming
- Creation of clear and precise descriptions of the requirements in German
- Forwarding the requirements and communicating with our English-speaking developers
- Occasional support with error analysis and troubleshooting
Your Profile
- Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, IT or a comparable qualification related to IT
- Sound knowledge of working with software applications
- Strong communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers
- The ability to explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
- Experience in software support, instruction or training is an advantage
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Good written and spoken English skills (for communication with the developers)
- Independent and reliable way of working in the home office
- Flexibility in terms of working hours (half-day, mornings or afternoons)
