YOUR TASKS
Are you ready to take on the planning and management of a mega-project? We are looking for you as Team Lead Scheduler (m/f/d) for one of the most innovative offshore infrastructure projects in Europe starting in June/July 2025. Your main responsibility will be efficient and timely scheduling using Primavera P6 to achieve project goals and minimize risks.
Your specific tasks include:
- Leading the scheduling team and managing overall project timelines.
- Maintaining and updating project plans using Primavera P6.
- Coordinating with project stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure collaboration.
- Monitoring milestones and ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Optimizing resource planning and identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Preparing reports and participating in progress meetings.
- Managing risks to minimize planning-related challenges.
- Integrating subcontractor schedules into the overall project planning.
YOUR PROFILE
- 5–7 years of experience in planning and managing large-scale projects, preferably in the infrastructure or renewable energy sector.
- Proven expertise with Primavera P6, including developing and maintaining schedules for large-scale projects. Experience in leading scheduling teams or coordinating workflows is a plus. Proficiency in other project management tools is an additional benefit.
- Fluent English skills; German skills are advantageous.
- Experience working with energy networks or complex infrastructure projects, including leading project teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
