By merging the three companies, the HR solution portfolio will in future include technologies for business-critical HR processes, ranging from recruiting, personnel and talent management, solutions for collaborative and integrative employee communication (employee engagement) and communication in change processes (change management) to time recording, access, personnel resource planning, workflow control and digitalization of production. Atoria offers you a comprehensive portfolio for all aspects of human capital management.
Germany-wide, at one of our locations or in the home office
Your area of responsibility includes
- Developing: You design, develop and test new software applications and functions. You will also modernize the current code structure.
- Test creation: To ensure that new and existing functionalities work reliably and that no unexpected errors occur, you create automated unit tests.
- Documentation: You take care of the documentation of the code and central development processes to ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge.
- Collaboration: You work closely with your colleagues from development, product management and quality assurance in accordance with the principles of SCRUM.
Your profile combined
- Education: You have successfully completed your vocational training or your studies with a focus on computer science.
- Professional experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in development
- Specialist knowledge: You have sound knowledge of C++ as well as experience in agile software development and have already been able to gain practical experience with React. In addition, knowledge of C#, automated testing, deployment pipelines and general tools of modern software development is an advantage.
- Personality: You enjoy learning new things and show initiative. You also like to engage in professional exchange with your teammates.
- Language: You have a very good command of written and spoken German. You are also welcome to have a good command of English or the willingness to develop this.
