Responsibilities:

Workstation Services: Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers; handle hardware breakfix and EUC device refresh.
System Administration: Windows OS upgrades, migrations, and customized image deployment via SCCM; manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and folder access.
End-User Support: Resolve network, VPN, IP configuration, and Office application issues; configure O365, printers, and conference room facilities.
Networking: Diagnose DNS/DHCP/VPN issues; manage server, network equipment, and security protocols.
Mobile & Device Management: Administer EMM (AirWatch, Intune, Azure); support mobile devices and ensure security compliance.
Deskside Support: Perform IMAC tasks, hardware lifecycle management, spares management, and escalations.
Service Desk: Maintain ServiceNow queue (5-20 tickets/day); resolve Level 1-2 issues and escalate complex cases.
Tools & Platforms: Proficient with Software Center, ServiceNow, and Okta.
