Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to drive and implement international HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This role will oversee global HR operations, support leadership teams, and ensure effective workforce management across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and coordinate global HR strategies in line with business goals.
- Lead and develop international HR teams across multiple locations.
- Advise and coach managers on HR policies, initiatives, and best practices.
- Develop and enforce global HR policies, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Oversee recruitment for key global positions.
- Manage HR reporting, controlling, and analytics.
- Lead international HR projects and compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with works councils and trade unions as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in international HR, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong experience working with works councils and trade unions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, commitment, and ability to build trust.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a strong people focus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
