A leading multinational in the food industry, operating across the entire production chain, is looking for an HR Director to lead the labor relations and organizational strategy for its production plants in Germany.
Based in Stuttgart, you will be responsible for HR management across the three production plants, ensuring labor stability, organizational harmonization, and alignment with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Labor Relations Management: Act as the primary point of contact for unions and works councils, negotiating agreements and ensuring compliance with German labor legislation.
- Organizational Transformation: Drive integration efforts, ensuring cultural and operational cohesion across all plants.
- Structural Optimization: Collaborate with senior management to redefine the organization and improve efficiency.
- Change Management: Lead communication and adaptation strategies for new policies, processes, and structures.
- HR Operations Supervision: Support HR activities across the plants, ensuring alignment with the company's global strategy.
- Digitalization & Efficiency: Lead the implementation of HR ERPs and process automation initiatives.
We are looking for someone with the following candidate profile:
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in HR roles within industrial environments, with a strong focus on labor relations.
- Works Council & Union Negotiation: Proven experience in managing labor negotiations and collective agreements.
- Change Management: Strong ability to lead transformation processes and cultural adaptation.
- Digitalization: Experience in implementing HR ERPs and automation processes.
- Languages: Native or C2-level German and a minimum C1-level English.
- Skills: Strong leadership, influence in complex environments, and negotiation capabilities.
