What Can You Expect From Us
As a Backend Engineer, you'll be part of our BANCOS Banking Core team. You'll help develop core components of our banking solution and ensure we provide our customers with a high-quality, secure, and innovative product

What will your responsibilities involve?
- You design and implement high-performance, low-latency, high-quality applications
- You work closely with our product managers, developers and testers in an agile working environment
- You consolidate and extend the existing code base, taking care of productivity and reliability of the application
Your profile
- 2-5 years of experience in backend development
- Experience with at least one of our core languages (C/C++, Java, or Go)
- Solid understanding of relational databases and Linux systems
- At least two years experience in the European banking or fintech sector
- Basic German language skills and fluent English
- Interest in modern development practices and clean code
