SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER (M/F/X) - SENIOR

Your Core Tasks Include
- Development of test scenarios, test cases and test scripts as well as their execution in the simulation and laboratory environment
- Ensuring the correct translation of all design and customer requirements into the test plans and procedures
- Performing system test procedures, recording results and preparing test reports, including functional test reports, integration test reports, performance test reports (robustness, endurance and redundancy), detecting, analyzing and reporting failures in production and in the field
- Close collaboration with other teams, such as requirements engineering and development teams

What We Want From You
- Completed studies with a background in information technology/electrical engineering or natural sciences
- ISTQB Foundation Level certificate is an advantage
- Sound professional experience in the industry, in the field of railroad signaling systems (CBTC) desirable
- Experience with the Python scripting language and PLC/PLC, knowledge of IBM tools (DNG, RQM, CCM) and SVN is an advantage
- Testing experience in systems with SIL 1,2,3,4 and good knowledge of EN50128:2011 an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken German and English, other language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to learn, flexibility, ability to work independently and enjoy working in a team
