Worked at NEX for six years in 3 roles. In the last 4 years, led process optimisation within our global multi-million fundraising portfolio, and programmatic operations across our 13 countries supporting resources for startups. I started in our Uganda chapter leading programs through impact measurement, strategic communications, training and brought in key partners including Engie for our then 130 enterprise portfolio. I am open to using these diverse skills in regional or international project leadership roles (Germany or remotely beyond) in the climate space and would value a coffee chat to share how I can support. I holds an EU Bluecard residence and live in Kreuzberg, Berlin.
