My work experience span across People Development, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition. Because of these experiences, I was enabled to develop strong skills and expertise that are people-centered. My goal is to grow in becoming better at enabling people and companies find their best fit and add value to their relationship. Talent acquisition can be hard, however when a perfect match is made, both the individual and company thrive and simultaneously help me thrive in becoming the best at what I do. Cultivating a culture of making people and places better than what they were before, is my motto.
