While the amount of available data is growing in industrial companies, it is rarely used to its full potential. Our software has the capability to transform the scheduling and planning processes especially in production facitilities all around the world.

About the role
The Senior Full Stack Developers are crucial to our team, as they push the development of our software ahead. They will report to the very experienced Engineering Lead (Application) and work very close with the Optimization & AI Developers.
What You'll Achieve
- Extend and drive maturity of our software solution to achieve Enterprise readiness.
- Write clean, tested and documented code in NodeJS, React, Python and Postgres.
- Design and implement architecture elements to our applications and infrastructure.
- Improve working processes within the development team.
- Work on integrations to third party systems through APIs.
- Identify and elaborate on potential technical debt.
- Mentor mid and junior level developers (in the future).
Skills You'll Need To Bring
- You are experienced in taking informed technical framework, pattern and language decisions.
- You have strong experience in coding in react (with typescript) and nodejs.
- You are capable to write integration and/or end to end tests for react/ nodejs applications.
- You are comfortable with postgresql in terms of design choices and SQL scripts.
- You have strong communication skills to align with your colleagues in highly technical and complex settings.
Nice To Haves
- You have professional experience in coding in python (fastAPI).
- You have knowledge about how to work with GraphQL (Hasura) and/or other ORM solutions.
- You have experience working with Cypress.
- You have strong experience in event sourcing in complex processing workflows (e.g. with inngest, temporal or similar).
- You have extended experience in Postgres design and optimization.
Compensation
We are prepared to offer a compensation of up to 90.000€ anually. Additionally we do offer a Deutschland Ticket for public transport plus a wellpass (egym) membership for 10€ per month.
Remote Work Policy
Our team is currently growing, so we are all meeting three days a week in the office (Tuesday to Thursday). This policy is likely to change in the future based on the teams feedback and working/collaboration processes.
