Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Desktop Engineer role located in frankfurt, Germany. The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, installing software, and managing operating systems on-site to ensure smooth operations and timely solutions for our clients.
Qualifications
- Desktop Computers and Technical Support skills
- Troubleshooting and Operating Systems knowledge
- Software Installation expertise
- Experience with hardware repairing and IT asset disposal
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of stock inventory and audits is a plus
- Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields
