A leading multinational company in the luxury sector is looking for an HR Manager to oversee and drive HR strategy and operations in Germany and the UK.
As part of a dynamic and globally recognized brand, you will play a key role in shaping the local HR function while aligning with international standards and values of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the HR strategy and processes across Germany and the UK
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent
- Advise managers on employment law matters and HR-related topics
- Develop and roll out HR policies and processes aligned with global standards
- Act as a strategic partner, collaborating with both German and British teams
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role with an international scope
- Solid knowledge of German and UK employment law
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
