What will you be doing?
- Lead the engineering team, starting as a hands-on contributor and expanding the team to meet business needs.
- Transition and optimize current tools from Excel to robust software solutions, improving efficiency.
- Spearhead the creation of innovative software solutions, including the development of the company’s Energy Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align technological advancements with strategic goals.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline development processes and enhance software functionalities.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Winner in developing innovative software solutions from the ground up, preferably in project management or manufacturing domains.
- Experienced in a startup or scale-up environment, strong understanding of the associated challenges.
- Brave enough to tackle hands-on coding and driven to utilize AI in development.
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a wonderful bonus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is a must, with a strong level of German being highly advantageous.
