We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in our Roofing Business. In this role, you'll support the plant manager and work closely with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives that support our growing business. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Advise the plant manager on hiring, manage end-to-end recruitment, and negotiate contracts within company guidelines
- Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate payroll processing through external providers while maintaining compliance with German labor laws
- Training & Development: Oversee employee training, career growth, and talent management
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews, bonus plans, and employee exits
- Works Council Collaboration: Act as a trusted liaison in negotiations with the works council
- Budgeting & Ethics: Support budget planning, data protection, and compliance initiatives
Who are we looking for?
- +3 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment
- Degree in Business Administration (HR focus) or a related field
- Knowledge of labor law and experience with works councils
- Project management experience is a plus
- Advanced English skills (and German)

- Rekrutierung & Onboarding: Beratung des Betriebsleiters bei der Personalbeschaffung, vollständige Verantwortung für den Rekrutierungsprozess und Vertragsverhandlungen innerhalb der Unternehmensrichtlinien.
- Gehaltsabrechnung & Compliance: Sicherstellung einer korrekten Gehaltsabrechnung durch externe Dienstleister und Einhaltung der deutschen Arbeitsgesetze.
- Ausbildung & Entwicklung: Ăśberwachung der Mitarbeiterschulungen, Karriereentwicklung und Talentmanagement.
- Leistungsmanagement: Unterstützung bei Leistungsbeurteilungen, Bonusplänen und Mitarbeiteraustritten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat: Vertrauensvolle Kommunikation und Verhandlungen mit dem Betriebsrat.
- Budgetierung & Ethik: UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Budgetplanung, Datenschutz und Compliance-Initiativen.
Ihr Profil:
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Personalwesen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Schwerpunkt Personalwesen) oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets.
- Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Betriebsräten.
- Erfahrung in Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse.
