The Client:
An international real estate business with large presence in the UK, Germany and US. The business have an excellent reputation in the market and have been established for almost 50 years.
The Role:
This is a busy and varied HR Coordinator and Office Manager position, with responsibilities including (but not limited to):
HR
- Acting as main point of contact for all HR queries for Germany offices (working closely with HR department in London)
- Processing / amending contracts
- Preparation of references
- Supporting with preparatory payroll (data gathering)
- Liaison with insurance and benefits providers
- Induction of admin team
Office Management
- Main point of contact for all suppliers, building management and day to day running of the office
- General office administration and organization of the office
- Preparing invoices.
Candidate Specification:
- Fluency in English and German (essential)
- Strong experience in HR and HR administration (essential)
- HR qualification (preferred, not essential)
- Experience in an international professional / financial services environment, ideally SME sized (preferred)
Additional Information:
- Salary up to €60K depending on experience and the firm offer excellent additional benefits including healthcare benefits and a discretionary bonus
- Hours are 9am – 6pm and the business offer a hybrid working model of Fridays from home (optional)
- The business also offer a 1pm Friday finish during the summer months
- Centrally located offices.
