Job Title: HR Business Partner
Job Location: Dusseldorf or Munich
Main Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all HR related matters
- Consult with line managers/the leadership team and provide continuous HR guidance and support
- Manage the complete HR life cycle (from recruitment to exit management)
- Drive HR processes & procedures (for example: probation management, GDPR, career planning etc.)
- Drive HR projects (for example: atmosphere enhancement, team buildings etc.)
- Develop into a trusted and respected advisor
Requirements:
- BSc. in the fields of HR, Psychology or similar or alternatively relevant work experience
- 3 years’ experience working in a challenging HR environment handling multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent people skills; ability to form strong relationships throughout the company
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese, German and English; other languages are seen as an advantage
- Experience working in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment is an advantage
