As an employee (m/f/d) in the engineering team, you will be involved in interesting research and development projects and actively help shape our software products. You will apply cutting-edge technologies in the areas of cloud, LLM, AI, RPA and generative AI to successfully solve challenging problems. You will be able to draw on theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
This is what your involvement in the PSI Technics team looks like:
- You will design and implement software modules for a distributed, multi-tier system consisting of edge, fog and cloud components.
- You will use artificial intelligence methods such as deep learning/machine learning, anomaly detection or reinforcement learning to optimize data flows, pre-processing and result evaluations.
- You use data mining to process the data obtained, make correlations visible, derive new findings and predictions and merge them into a digital twin.
- You will also use your knowledge and skills in the field of software development and ideally also image processing in other exciting projects and product development.
- Active involvement in customer, development and research projects
- Design and programming of complex, distributed systems
- Independent handling of project-related tasks
- Development of user interfaces
- Software quality assurance
You round off your interesting profile with the following qualifications:
- You have a bachelor's degree or a successfully completed master's or diploma degree in computer science, computer visualistics or related courses in the field of mathematics and natural sciences.
- Ideally, you will have several years of professional experience in the field of software development - at the very least, you will have gained practical experience as a software developer alongside your studies.
- Programming knowledge in Python, Javascript, Typescript desirable
- Knowledge of real-time programming and embedded systems
- Knowledge of software lifecycle activities
- You have a keen sense for the needs of our customers and business partners and use your expertise and skills to develop high-quality solutions.
- Structured and independent way of working
- Good communication skills and team competence
- Good to very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
