Job Role: HR Assistant
Salary: Up to €45k - Part-Time Options Also
Location: Munich – Hybrid Working
We are looking to hire an HR Assistant to join one of Germany’s leading VR Development Studios. You’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee files, coordinating onboarding documentation, and assisting with internal HR communications and special projects. You'll help maintain HR databases, respond to employee inquiries, and support day-to-day operations that ensure a smooth HR workflow.
Skills you should hold (with over 2 years' experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant training in an administrative field
- Administrative experience, ideally in an HR setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and HR process knowledge
- C1 Level English and German language skills
