About the role
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our project portfolio. You’ll work closely with project managers, sales, customer support, and consulting teams to ensure smooth project execution. Your main responsibility will be managing incoming orders, assigning them to the right project managers, and ensuring all data is processed accurately. You’ll also support the month-end closing process and invoicing, collaborating with the Consulting team to keep everything on track.
Your day to day:
- Manage incoming orders and assign them to available project managers, ensuring accurate data processing.
- Work closely with the Consulting team to facilitate a smooth and timely month-end closing and invoicing process.
- Contribute to improving and refining processes for enhanced cross-functional collaboration.
- Work within an agile, self-organized team, structuring your tasks effectively and managing priorities.
- Communicate between various stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and progress on projects.
- Help track and report on project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
What you need to excel in this role:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling invoices and contractual agreements.
- Experience in a PMO role, including tasks such as timesheet tracking, project planning, and reporting.
- Familiarity with software tools like Salesforce, SAP, or JIRA.
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Preferably experienced with cross-departmental processes and project management.
- Excellent self-organization and communication skills.
- Persistent and confident in managing resistance, while being open to continuous improvement and change.
