Engineering Project Manager – Power-to-X / Electrolysis (Europe)
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and coordinate Power-to-X (P2X) and electrolysis projects across Europe. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from design and engineering through to commissioning—ensuring technical, budgetary, and timeline objectives are met.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovative hydrogen-based solutions. A background in plant engineering or similar disciplines within the process industry is essential. Previous experience in hydrogen or electrolysis would be an advantage but may not be essential.
Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, project planning and execution, risk mitigation, and regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The role involves moderate travel across Europe to project sites and partner locations.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- Proven experience managing complex engineering projects
- Strong background in plant or process engineering
- Knowledge of hydrogen or electrolysis technologies preferred
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe
Salary €80,000 - €100,00 + benefits
