Due to the growth of the business, they have had a brand new, vital, very exciting opportunity that has come up for their team in Germany. The position is a HR Manager and is a permanent position.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will be an asset to the Purchasing team. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Support managers and employees with performance management and employee relations
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices and policies
- Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture
- Maintain HR systems and records, and produce reports as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- CIPD qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for people
