Koda Staff has teamed up with a global intralogistics company in their search for a skilful Senior Software Developer.
Our client is looking for the next addition to its extensive platform team, which has 12 members and is an integral part of the global software division. The team's primary focus is simplifying processes for software developers across the business, helping reduce cognitive load while introducing new technologies and innovative approaches. The team delivers key tools and services to internal teams and ensures all solutions comply with necessary security standards.
Primary tasks:
- Build, manage and maintain the platform, ensuring that the needs of the developers are met.
- Set up fully automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Enhance the software engineering toolkit with tools like Docker, Grafana, along with others.
- Offer guidance to development teams on architecture, tools, and models, including microservices and security frameworks.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and testing the newest technologies.
- Lead training sessions to improve the overall proficiency in tools such as Git and Docker.
- Work alongside the team to bring on new ideas for platform enhancements.
The profile:
- You have +5 years of experience in software development.
- You can speak and write fluent English.
- You have hands-on experience with Java on the backend, as well as tools such as Git, Docker and CI/CD.
