Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to support audience acquisition and customer activation programs across multiple marketing channels. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategic campaigns, manage lead workflows, and ensure consistent and engaging experiences for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional with strong project management and communication skills.
Contract: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (1.5 years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and drive audience acquisition strategies through various channels, including direct marketing, regional sales, partners, SDRs, and third-party agencies.
- Manage lead import and scrubbing processes to maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Coordinate customer activation programs by working closely with Marketing Operations to build registration pages, automate workflows, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with regional security and portfolio sales teams to align on business priorities and support go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or campaign/project management.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed organization is preferred.
- Fluency in English and German.
