Your Mission
- Drive digital transformation of insurance and financial processes

Your Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Initial experience in modern web development (Typescript/React) or back-end development (.NET/C#)
- Understanding of clean code principles (SOLID, KISS, YAGNI)
- Familiarity with unit and integration testing
- Strong teamwork skills and eagerness to learn
- Excellent English proficiency (C1) - German is a plus
