As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a:
Demand and Inventory Planner OEM – Germany and Eastern Europe
Demand Forecasting
-Oversee the development and communication of OEM demand planning (DP) forecasts and demand reviews.
-Ensure alignment of OEM sales forecasts with commercial stakeholders.
-Coordinate forecasts in conjunction with product launches, discontinuations, and both internal and external supply chain disruptions.
-Lead and organize the preparation of key S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.
-Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
-Serve as the expert user of the FuturMaster demand forecasting tool.
-Coordinate the implementation of actions identified during forecast validation meetings.
-Prepare and manage the Demand Review calendar for Western Europe.
-Collaborate closely with the Global Demand Management team to ensure the implementation of best practices and to achieve forecast accuracy targets.
Product Availability & Inventory Management
-Manage the availability and inventory of non-compliant finished goods; implement corrective actions in collaboration with Sales and Customer Service teams.
-Regularly review and assess inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
-Participate in S&OP Consensus meetings to address medium- to long-term planning issues.
-Monitor daily operations to identify and resolve potential issues such as stockouts, overstocks, or shipment delays, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Lead the monthly management process of non-compliant inventory in coordination with central planning, finance, and sales.
-Make data-driven decisions regarding material procurement (e.g., cans).
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is required.
-A combination of equivalent education and relevant experience will also be considered.
Experience:
-2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or a Supply Chain-related function.
Languages:
-Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and German is required.
-Knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
Tools & Systems:
-ERP: SAP
-Forecasting & Planning Tools: FuturMaster, Manugistics (or similar)
-MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Experience with analytical and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
