Responsibilities will include:
HR Strategy and Management:
- Manage HR inquiries and act as the key contact for all local HR matters across multiple sites.
- Develop & implement internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and consistency in messaging.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and actively promote the company culture.
- Support the leadership team by aligning local HR practices with the company’s overall vision.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as the point of contact for project-related HR queries and issues, facilitating effective communication across teams
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from need analysis with managers to integration and support of new hires.
- Recruit for niche and hard-to-fill roles (sales, quality specialist, IT) and promote the employer brand.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Oversee the implementation of training and development initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Oversee and support managers in conducting professional interviews and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and support for career development and mobility opportunities within the organization.
Communication and Confidentiality:
- Maintain excellent communication across all levels of the organization and with the works council.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
- Build strong relationships, facilitate processes, and be a proactive problem-solver.
Business travels: Travel is required for this position: Hamburg
Ideal profile
- Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a corporate group environment.
