We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces for our incident management platform. Working closely with our CEO and Engineering team, you'll help shape the user experience of a critical tool that DevOps and IT teams rely on 24/7.
Tasks
- Design user-centered interfaces that simplify complex workflows and improve the incident response experience
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system for our products
- Collaborate with the team to translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Stay current with UI/UX best practices, particularly in B2B SaaS applications
- Optimize interfaces for both desktop and mobile experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications, preferably in SaaS or B2B products
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Figma or Sketc
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Basic understanding of front-end development limitations and possibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for technical users (DevOps, IT, engineering teams)
- Familiarity with user research methodologies
