Your Responsibilities:
- Lead an interdisciplinary team both technically and disciplinarily, focusing on software development, infrastructure, and internal IT.
- Work hands-on and actively contribute to the technical implementation of projects in the .NET/C# environment.
- Coordinate internal staff as well as external IT service providers to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance system operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize existing processes and implement improvements with your team.
- Drive continuous improvement of service processes and support the team in prioritizing and executing tasks.
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders and ensure customer needs are addressed with a solution- and service-oriented mindset.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical education.
- Several years of experience in software development with C#/.NET and in operating modern IT systems.
- Ideally, first leadership experience (at least 2–3 years) in a technical team.
- Passion for agile methods, modern software architectures, and building scalable systems.
- Strong communication skills, a motivating leadership style, and a collaborative mindset.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, a sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach to work.
