JOB MISSION
Comprehensive support and trusted point of contact for employees on all HR and labor law matters in daily operations, particularly in personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, and employer branding. Active contribution to the development and optimization of HR processes, as well as involvement in national and international HR projects in close collaboration with internal and external partners.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Operations
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters.
- Execution of individual personnel measures (workforce planning, onboarding and offboarding, transfers, parental leave, etc.).
- Preparation of employment certificates, statistics, and reports.
- Maintenance of the HR tool Personio, including time tracking.
2. Payroll & Labor Law
- Pre- and post-processing of monthly payroll, including company pension schemes.
- Communication with tax authorities, health insurance providers, social security institutions, and government agencies.
- Support with labor law matters.
- Trustful collaboration with the works council.
3. Recruiting & Employer Branding
- Supporting recruitment processes in Germany.
- Managing the application process (screening applications, organizing interviews).
- Conducting phone interviews and in-person interviews.
- Managing employer branding activities at universities across Germany.
- Coordinating events and presentations.
- Representing LVMH & Moët Hennessy to students.
4. HR Processes & Projects
- Contributing to the development and optimization of HR processes.
- Supporting national and international HR projects (e.g., HRIS projects, digitalization, talent management).
5. Deputy for the HR Business Partner
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR General experience
- Proven experience in HR administration and payroll preparation
- Good up to date knowledge of German employment legislation
- International and innovative mindset
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of/experience in employee and labor relations laws, regulations, and practices in Germany
- Team orientation with an ability to establish credibility with internal/external partners
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience dealing with ambiguity and developing trusting relationships with employees
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues
