With your extensive HR knowledge and experience, you will support business leaders in interpreting complex people and organizational challenges while providing strategic recommendations. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping to shape a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
This role is based in Cologne, Germany and reports to the Senior HR Director EMEAI & APAC. You will work closely with people leaders, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams to drive key talent and organizational initiatives.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β HR Business Partnering β Serve as a strategic partner to people leaders, providing insights and solutions to enhance workforce engagement, talent management, and business performance.
β Employee Engagement & Culture β Support leaders in fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace by analyzing engagement data, identifying key trends, and implementing initiatives to enhance retention and productivity.
β Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) β Partner with leadership and HR teams to integrate IDE best practices across policies, talent development, and workplace culture.
β Performance & Talent Management β Guide managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
β Employee Relations & Compliance β Provide guidance on HR policies, workplace issues, and best practices to ensure a fair, compliant, and productive work environment.
β Workforce Planning & Organizational Development β Support leaders with workforce planning strategies, talent assessment, restructuring, and business-driven organizational changes.
β Manager Development β Equip leaders with tools and knowledge to effectively recruit, develop, and retain top talent, while enhancing their capabilities through coaching and tailored HR programs.
πΉ What Weβre Looking For:
β 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or a similar role.
β Strong ability to interpret business challenges and recommend HR solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
β Proven success in coaching, influencing, and problem-solving across multiple levels of leadership.
β Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives with data-driven decision-making.
β Strong knowledge of organizational design, employee relations, talent management, compensation, and change management.
β Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with leaders.
β Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
πΉ Preferred Qualifications:
β Experience in project management and execution, particularly in HR transformation initiatives.
β Strong understanding of business drivers and operational challenges.
β Familiarity with Oracle HCM systems.
β Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
