Responsibilities

Operational management of all European EV infrastructure
Ensuring product series integration in CN
Taking charge of all administrative tasks of a automotive project including legal, finance, tax, health and safety
Is in charge of one or multiple projects (product or methodology projects)
Manages the resources allocated to the project
Derives project specific goals and strategies to achieve those goals jointly with process partners
Represents all group relevant topics within the overall project team
Managing internal resources in alignment with the corresponding department leaders

Qualifications

Proven track record in the above mentioned field(s) and/or methodology
Minimum of 10 years professional experience
Fluent written and spoken English (report language)
Willingness to travel
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance
Excellent project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
In-depth knowledge of R&D operations, quality management systems, and innovation processes
Proficiency in using project management tools and other relevant technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
