Your Role:
As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving our people strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implement and improve the company's personnel systems and plans, training and development, performance evaluation, and employee social security benefits management.
- Conduct recruitment and interviews based on planning and staffing to meet hiring needs.
- Organize and implement various training and performance evaluation activities for the German company.
- Maintain HR system employee information management and employee records.
- Complete monthly attendance reports and leave management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in English as a working language, with a major in human resource management or related fields.
- Skilled in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and relevant HR system software.
- Optimistic, outgoing, proactive, and with a strong ability for self-directed learning.
- Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in the country.
- Understand both Chinese and German cultures and adapt to management models.
