Appointed by the organization, act as the overall leader of the FEED phase for the company’s international offshore wind power projects (OWPP). Coordinate with the international regional sales managers externally and lead the project team internally to complete tasks efficiently, punctually, and with high quality, and to achieve the project goals and meet stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilitie
- Develop detailed project plans for the FEED phase for international OWPP, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead the project initiation phase, organize kick-off meetings, and clarify project objectives, scope, and responsibilities.
- Organize cross-functional project teams, ensuring members process required competencies. Coordinate tasks, resolve conflicts, and promote team collaboration and efficiency
- Supervise technical work during the FEED phase, ensuring feasibility and advancement of technical solutions
- Identify and assess the risks and potential issues, develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor risks regularly and take timely actions to mitigate the emerging risks
- Track project progress, analyze deviations between actual and planned schedules, analyze the causes of deviations and implement corrective actions. Report project status to stakeholders periodically
- Manage project scope, cost, quality, resources, contracts, stakeholders, and conduct the project closure and summary
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of OWPP management experience, including leading on FEED phase for at least one project
- Familiar with the development processes and technical requirements of the OWPP, the required expertise of the FEED phase, and project management knowledge
- Strong project management skills, be familiar with project management tools and methods (e.g., PMP certificate, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CAD, etc.)
- Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to complex tasks. Possess excellent communication, logical expression, and high sense of responsibility and dedication.
