The City of Flensburg is seeking to fill the following position in the Central Services Department in the Digitization Offensive Division as soon as possible
Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d)
in public administration
permanent full-time position with 39 hours per week. If the personal requirements are met, a classification up to pay group 11 TVöD is possible.
Part-time staffing is possible, provided that a joint working time model can be found that meets the requirements of the job.
Your Tasks
You will work in the digitization offensive department and develop full-stack solutions to drive forward various requirements in connection with the digital transformation process within the city administration. You will accompany the installation and configuration of software and, if necessary, program interfaces to connect different applications with each other. You will also work closely with the Information Technology and Organization departments.
The Following Main Tasks Are Planned
- Recording and preparation of requirements related to digitization projects
- Design, development and implementation of full-stack applications
- Creation of databases and interfaces
- Programming software solutions that enable the simplification and digitalization of administrative processes
- Installation and configuration of the software solutions created
- Collaboration in complex projects for the further development or optimization of existing administrative processes
Your Profile
- Completed technical or university education in the field of computer science or comparable degree
- Experience with REST API, JSON, HTML5, XML, VBScript, JavaScript, SQL, Python and databases (e.g. MS SQL, MySQl, PostGres, etc.)
- Relevant experience in public administration is an advantage
In the case of foreign university degrees, the certificate evaluation from the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB) must be enclosed.
