We have an urgent requirement for an HR & Payroll specialist to join us at the beginning of a new project. Initially, we are looking to hire 50+ people and the HR & Payroll Manager will be overseeing the project lifecycle from pre-deployment, including employee lifecycle for staff deployed, ensuring compliance with German employment law while managing key areas such as pre-employment screening, contract issuance, payroll, taxation, and accommodation & transportation arrangements. The role also involves strategic HR functions, employee relations, and administrative HR duties. You will also be facing off to key project stakeholders
To be considered, we need fluent German speakers who have a strong understanding of German employment law and who have set up payroll processes and procedures. The role is a hybrid position and the amount of time needed on site will vary depending on requirements
This is potentially the start of a larger project, so is an exciting time to get in on the ground
