They’re looking for a Software Architect capable of growing into a Director of Engineering role in future.
Tasks:
- Software architecture, taking a macro-view of the complex technical environment
- Technical leadership of a small team of developers
- Some 3rd level support and consulting with existing customers
- Overseeing the continuous integration (CI/CD)
The successful candidate needs to be patient, the environment is complex and takes time to grasp.
Requirements:
- A strong background in development, ideally using Java
- Good knowledge of software architectures and modelling
- Excellent German language skills
The team live in the region of Heidelberg and mostly work from home, occasionally visiting the office when necessary.
