Position: Head of HR
Location: Eastern Germany
Reports: Full function HR team, including Recruiting, C&B, HR System, ER, Working Council, Training, etc.
We are working with an automotive tier 1 supplier, who are looking for a Head of HR to join them in Germany, and this role is responsible for the Europe region.
Main Tasks
- Leading regional HR function in EU region
- Being business partnership to EU regional leadership team
- Closely working with global HR for local deployment of HR related initiatives
Ideal Background
- Solid overall HR management experience
- Automotive supplier experience preferred
- Experience in managing HR of organizations with R&D and manufacturing will be a plus
- Good at deployment of global HR policies and initiatives
- Mature experience in working with Working Council and skilled in building up good relationships and wining supports
