We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied working student occupation in the areas of IT for Numerical Simulation (CAE) and Functional Development
What awaits you?
- Develop and implement ideas and techniques for the optimisation of expensive IT ressources in CAE (e.g. licenses, HPC hardware)
- Support our optimisation activities in programs and projects aligned with our engineering users
- Maintain our dashboards (e.g. Tableau, AWS Quicksight)
What should you bring along?
- Degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Strong interest for cloud-oriented IT developement and/or Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) topics for automotive development
- Python and ideally also Matlab programming skills.
- Hands-on experience in developing applications.
- Experience with data processing and data analysis.
- Independent, solution-oriented, structured work.
