Your tasks

Creation and further development of firmware for our measuring devices - menu navigation on graphic display
Measured value acquisition
Statistical evaluation and display of measured values
Data interface to PC or PLC
Loading and saving of measured values and settings with a file system
Programming digital measuring probes for various measuring methods - microcontroller-supported acquisition of measured values
Communication with a measuring device to display the measured values
Participation in device and operating concepts
Documentation of code, interfaces and data formats

Your profile

We Expect

At least 2 years of experience in object-oriented programming with C++, preferably in hardware-related software development
Experience in the conceptual design of software projects (for microcontrollers)

Advantageous

Experience in programming 32-bit microcontrollers, e.g. STM32, ATSAM, etc.
Confident handling of version management tools, e.g. git
No stranger to measurement uncertainty, error propagation and standard deviation
Basic PC programming (C#, for auxiliary programs)
