They are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on optimising search and booking experiences for millions of users. In this role, you’ll work with Java, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, and React, driving scalability, innovation, and user engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor an engineering team in a fast-growing environment.
- Define technical direction, best practices, and system architecture.
- Ensure scalability and reliability for millions of daily users.
- Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to drive key initiatives.
What You Bring:
