HR Service Partner limited to 12 months (m/f/d)
Your tasks.
- Independent preparation of payroll for a defined group of employees, taking into account tax, social security and labor law regulations
- Processing of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
- Recording, creation and management of personnel master data
- Contract preparation, certificate preparation, etc.
- Correspondence with health insurance companies, offices and authorities
- Processing of registration and certification systems
- Independent processing of projects
Requirements.
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a human resources specialist
- Extensive professional experience in the same function in an international industrial company
- Very good knowledge of labor, social security and wage tax law
- Solid user knowledge of SAP and very good Office skills
- Communication and organizational skills, social skills, assertiveness and strong team orientation
- Good knowledge of German & English Both
