Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 annually
Our client is looking for a UX Designer & Konzepter to create user-friendly, accessible digital experiences. This role involves developing inclusive design solutions, optimizing interactions, and collaborating closely with clients and development teams.
Responsibilities:- Design accessible and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Use data-driven insights to enhance usability and engagement.
- Lead customer workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong skills in user experience, accessibility, and interaction design.
- German (C1) and English (B1).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
