Welcome to the KZVN
As a public corporation, we guarantee comprehensive care for patients with statutory health insurance in Lower Saxony. As a dental self-administration with over 200 employees, we look after around 6,000 dentists in all matters relating to the practice of dentistry.
The Information Technology department provides all IT services with its three main areas of focus: IT infrastructure, database applications and web applications. In addition to the operation of three data centers, this includes the provision and support of IT equipment at the workstations inside and outside the KZVN, as well as the creation and operation of the in-house developed application landscape, supplemented by a range of third-party products.

Java Developer (f/m/d)
full-time (40 hours/week).
This Is What There Is To Do
- Collaboration on interesting IT projects from the in-house specialist departments
- Realization of requirements in close coordination with the technical specialist managers
- Carrying out requirements analyses and evaluating possible solutions
- Conception, design and further development of full-stack software solutions
What You Bring With You
- Completed studies in the field of computer science or equivalent skills acquired in practice
- At least five years of demonstrable experience in analysis, design, documentation and development as a Java "full-stack" developer
- At least three years of experience in front-end development with Angular
- Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web technologies
- Proven knowledge of the tech stack: Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Vaadin), Angular, Jenkins, Git, IntelliJ, PostgreSQL and Oracle databases
- Good written and spoken German skills
